Royal Pains was renewed for a second season on 28 July 2009, consisting of eighteen episodes. It premiered on USA Network on 3 June 2010 and aired its midseason finale on 26 August 2010, after twelve episodes. The remaining six episodes began airing on 20 January 2011 and concluded on 24 February 2011.
